Interesting, as I have both cars and I could check this, (well not this very minute as my wife has just taken the Sporty to work)
I had previously noted that the centers look the same.
As I recall Ford, Jeep, Suzuki, and Daihatsu five stud rims are also all the same centers, this I have checked, as I have a Daihatsu spare rim for my WW2 Jeep, and I once loaned a spare tyre from my Ford Bronco (1981) to a mate with a flat on a 1959 Jeep station wagon during a Simpon desert crossing many rears ago. (it fitted perfectly and got us to Birdsville)
However I must ask this why would you want to do this in any case? You could run bigger tyres that way but the 7" sportage rims would probably limit you to 10.5 R 15's.
A bigger wheel is always better on a 4x4, and here in Australia anyway, with the long term domination of the market by Nissan and Toyota, 16" off road tyres are much easier and cheaper to buy than 15's in any case in all but major towns.
