For the outer part of the seals, just take a flat head and wedge it up under there and pry. it's just like the other side, but it's a little harder to get off. i ran it under both door seals, even took out the part between the front seat and rear to make it look professional.
as for the ground, lilft up the carpet right where it meets the seat, and you might even want to take off the bottom of the seat with just 2 clips. there should be somewhere to ground it out under there. just make sure and scrape the paint to get a good connection.
