I found a HomeAssistant integration that allows connectivity to the Kia Access app. I found it on Reddit from MrSlaw who discovered it on github as a HACS integration.
I have my HomeAssistant dashboards running on an iPad that I keep on a wall in my house which controls my smart home devices (garge doors, lights, thermostat, cameras, plugs) and now can give me info on Grover and even start and lock him. I'm interested to see what happens when my UVO subscription ends TBH. I even photoshopped a stock image to include my captain's chairs, color, hood stripe and even my carbon fiber vent covers (you can barely tell). Now I won’t have to worry about the app not working (well, maybe).
I'll be playing with it more to get the look right, but what you can see is:
