Yes a Parrot CK3100 will fit just nicely into the rear of the Siemens factory radio fitted to the CEED.
I got the fascia panel out using a pallet knife (used to put putty into glass windows works a treat), start at the bottom of the unit and gently prise it away from the dashboard, a little at time all round then you can get your fingers behind and take it fully out. Be carefull with all the plugs on the loom wiring, they are all individual so you wont get them wrong when you put it all back, be aware they all have a little press tab to pull them away from its socket, they are a little stiff but dont pull on the wires themselves.
Remeove the 4 screws holding the radio in place and remove more plugs on the rear of the radio and the aerial.
The Parrot is very well documented ( Parrot France, Parrot.com. Parrot SA, Bluetooth. Actualités kits mains-libres Parrot France.) for the kit you buy and is basically a control box, 2 sets of wiring harness a microphone and a display module.
I fitted my control box coloured blue in the photos to the right hand side of the exposed dashboard just behind a nicely situated plastic bar and fed the other wires to the rear of the radio. Fitting the plugs into the radio from the parrot you then fit the Kia wires back into the parrot sockets, you see the box sits between the car speakers and the radio and the telephone call audio comes out of your speakers., these plugs I took to the left hand rear side of the radio so it would sit properly when replaced. there is one more module part of the kit i tucked away at the top towards the bulkhead in a lovely space behind the trip computer.Remember to keep all excess wiring coiled up and tied with a little plastic tie wrap as you dont want wires in the way when you slide all the fittings back in place.
The microphone wiring take through the dashboard and clip to the top of the A frame do we call it ? ie near the sun visor /windsreen and tuck the wire behind the rubber door seal. I must confess ive not decided on a final resting place for the Parrot display module yet, could be the air vent like so many telephone handset fittings , or make a little fitting to hold it below the enviromental controls/display.
