windshield wipers not working

The front wipers on my 2006 sportage stopped working. They don't even move at all when I turn the switch on. The rear wiper still works fine. The washer spray is still working. I checked the fuse labeled "washer RR" in the interior fuse box and it looks fine. Any ideas on what the problem is?

Washer rr fuse is likely the rear window wash.....did you check both fuse boxes (or the book) for the front wiper circuit?

realized this and checked the fuse under the hood labeled "wiper front" and it was fine. tested for power on both sides of the fuse. I'm guessing the motor?

Relay

Have you checked the relay? The windscreen wiper relay has a extra leg for the '0 position' but you can use one of the other relays to test.

I haven't tried this yet. If it was the relay would the rear wiper and front washer still work? (because they do). Just asking in case it saves me a few minutes of being outside in the snow atm, since I don't have a garage
