Hey, so my Kia doesn’t have roof rails for a roof rack. The two bars that are strictly attached to the car to hold a roof rack. I have been hauling more stuff lately and I have been putting things on the roof and using some ratchet straps. However I am frustrated because my Kia doesn’t have a roof rack but it needs the roof rails to hold a roof rack etc. of course. So my questions are as follows, 1. Is it possible to get roof rails for my Kia? 2. Where would I get them? Thank you

Assuming there isn't a body mount that you don't have on your vehicle because you don't have the rails from the factory...

You will need all of the mounts and hardware for both sides of the vehicle. This will get expensive for the rails alone. Assume nothing comes with any fasteners included. There is also a rubber trim piece (not shown in the listing) that fills the gap from the rail to the ends of the roof panel on the front and back on mine similar to the black trim on yours that covers the panel seam.

I couldn't find a listing for a 2017, but I did find one for my model year. The body ~should~ be the same. You might also consider having a body and trim shop install them if that is beyond you abilities. Technically your Kia dealer could do it as well.

The crossbars and platform can be found for good prices at etrailer.com
