The windshield bottom rubber - how to fix it?

Hi,

Today I have an odd question. While cleaning from snow and ice on my windshield, the bottom rubber jumped out (or I pushed it out). Now, I'm trying to figure out how to place it correctly back in place. It's not symmetrical so, there is only one right way to place it. Can you take a picture of what it looks like in your car?

Thanks!

The country of origin is the same - US. I think that when I needed to clean and change water nozzles I had to remove the whole plastic cover that is below the windshield. Maybe fixing it back was not precisely and now there is a big gap. Still I don't know the right position of this rubber.

i remember something down there when i pulled my cowl off to install my lift. i believe it's attached to the cowl itself, not to the windshield. maybe pulling the cowl off will give a better look. be careful when removing the wiper arms, don't be an idiot like me and crack your windshield. if you give some downward pressure on the part of hte wiper arm that is attached to the wiper transmission, it will usually break it loose so yo can remove it without needing tools.

Hi,

I've checked and the plastic cover can be moved closer to the windshield, so that's why the gap is soo big.
With removing arms I know that you have to press the middle part to release the tension at the screw and then it's easy to lift the whole arm.

When the ice and snow will end I will clean the whole gap and place the rubber.

Ok, so It turns out that the plastic cover, which is under the arms, should be pushed up to the windshield, tightening the rubber sealing. The only problem is that I don't know how to place the rubber. It's like an L shape part. Can some of you take a close-up photo of how it is fixed?
