You can use the Kia Access app to send remote commands to start/stop, lock/unlock, and honk/flash lights.

 

I use UVO to remote start my car and lock/unlock the doors.

 

The UVO app lets you check vehicle status (doors locked/unlocked, engine running/off, current mileage, distance to empty, location). The app also lets you lock/unlock doors, flash lights/horn, take a 360 photo around the car, and remote start/stop. The app also gives you the option to set custom climate when you remote start (heated/ventilated seats, heated steering wheel, cabin temperature, windshield defrost, and mirror heat).

I wish my 2020 SX would do the surround photo, I do have the surround camera option, but that option isn't in the UVO app.

 

It takes a bit of time and I haven't found it to be super useful... Would be better if it could sense impact or something and then automatically take a surround photo... Idk, I tried it a few times for fun but have not really found a good use for it, so I don't think you are really missing out

 

It would be great if it took pictures when something happened, a super security camera.
