Feel around, it's there.

 

I had the same problem. But I found it.
Here goes, I will try and describe.

Connector is on far right, next to the tunnel on the drivers side.
It faces straight toward the gas pedal, no cover on it.

After a few times it it so easy and no trouble.
Take the ODB reader cable end in your left hand,
wide end at the top, reach up under the dash close to the tunnel.

You can feel it by reaching up there, it is not deep.
Harder to see (my heads too big to get under their).
But you can if you look at the tunnel side, right above the under
dash cover, you do not have to remove anything.

I searched at first, convinced there wasn't one.
Could not find a sticker identifying or anyhting.
Not like american cars where it face YOU, and is easy to spot.
