Hi,

My high beams on my Kia Rio 2014 is working fine. The low beams are not working.
I used the schematic attached. I see the fuses, but cannot find the Relay (shown in the 'Rear' schematic on page 2). Where can I find the Relay to replace?

Not even a dealer, the part it's intended to be entirely replaced if a relay goes bad. You can open it by removing the connectors and prying the tabs that hold the case together. Replacing a bad relay shouldn't be difficult if you have soldering skills, but you'll need to find a suitable replacement.

An alternative would be buying an used fuse box, but the relay module (the part with the yellow sticker) must have the same part number.

Having the same problem. Fuses and Bulbs are ok. Just before issue I heard a whining sound coming from the area of the PCB in engine fuse box. Fuse and Relay schematic shows fuses and connection to relays. Looks like you can measure the voltage before and after the Head Lamp Lo relay (RLY1 in PCB) from fuse box fuses (H/LAMP 20A, H/LAMP LH 10A, H/LAMP RH 10A). This should tell you if relay closes. I'm looking to see if I can jump the relay and see if headlight lites.

I was able to disconnect the two connectors from the fuse and relay assy and remove it. Re-installed and everything works as before except low beams. Purchased a replacement (91952-1W330). Dealer says will need to have vehicle computer reprogrammed after new install. Will try installing the new one just to see what happens. If everything works except low beams I will look at multifunction switch in steering column. If looks like I need to have computer reprogrammed I will reinstall old assy go to dealer and install new assy.
