Kia Sporateg 2015 front Wiper noise

My Kia Sportage 2015 Platinum is making unusual noise/sound when the wiper reaches the top end of wiper position (in the rain) . I Took it to the dealer for the first oil/filter change (@ 1900km ) and reported the issue. When collecting the Car asked about that wiper issue, he said it is fixed, but when I took my car home ( it was raining whole day !), I noticed the problem has worsened. Every time wiper starts to move from rest position a big loud sound and vibrates and when it reaches the both ends of the wiper positions, wiper also makes a loud noise. I immediately turned back to the dealer and told him the wiper issue has worsened. He asked me to bring my car tomorrow to check.

Did any other Kia Sportage owners had similar wiper issues ? and how it was fixed.

Any advise greatly appreciated.

Is it from the blades or does it sound like the motor or linkage? Some wiper blades can make lots of noise, my current blades are ridiculously noisy but they work well. Thankfully it doesn't rain much around here.
I thought waxing the windshield might help, but it didn't. I just have to get new blades.

I took my car to the dealer, it didn't rain, Tech tested it with the wind screen washer feature, and told me there is no issues, and bring back when it happens again, hope it will rain soon so that I can check the wiper at full speed and check the noise.

About the wiper noise , I think it can be the motor, as the noise was like 'dum dum....' every time wiper starts to move up or down.
I had my car recalled for the software update recently, I think the noise started after this upgrade. not sure it is related ?
