Is anyone able to set their remote start custom setting to something other than one of the default "cool" or "warm" presets? I am setting it to 74 degrees & turning off the defoggers and turning on both heated seats. It will work for that start only then default right back to the last default one that I last used but it will still say "custom" (all of the settings will be from the last default one in other words). Yes I am hitting save as well. I am using the android app. I am wondering if that is the way it works or if there is a bug in the android app... or possibly mine is screwed up. Thanks!

Well, since the app is changing the settings, it's clearly not the car but the application.
I'd consider totally deleting the app and reloading it and re configuring it. Maybe that will get it's mind right.

I was having the same problem but mine is now working. What I did was start the car with custom, then change the setting to what you want and save, I did this right after starting from the app, and has worked perfectly since. I think it has something to do with the app communicating with the car and app at the same time and saving the changes while both are open at the same time, hope this makes sense.
