A few days ago, my husband and I went to the store. I got out to go inside, took my keys with me. My husband put his keys in the ignition and turned it on so he could listen to some music. Well, out of habit, I used my lock button on my keychain to lock it as I went in the store.
When I came back out and tried to start it, it wouldn't start, just barely turned over, all the dash lights flashed, and the clock reset. We figured it had something to do with me locking it with the keys in the ignition, after we locked/unlocked it about 20 times, it finally started.
However, everytime we start it now, the 'pause' light shows up and it takes about 3-4 seconds of turning over before it will start. Is there an easy way to fix this? Or am I doomed to take it in to the dealer and try to deal with them?
