New to the Forum. I am the original owner of a 2004 Kia Amanti. It is the best car I have ever owned.
I have only ever done minor maintenance on the old Kia as I am not very mechanically inclined.
Recently, I took the Kia to an auto parts shop to run a diagnostic test on a check engine light. The report came
back indicating a problem with the catalytic converter. Noticed exhaust-like smells, loss of power and metallic sounds in the area of the exhaust manifold.
I have a basic question: how many catalytic converters are there on a 2004 Kia Amanti (V-6, 3.5 L).
Thanks for your help.
