He/They are. Like I said, I only order from this seller because they ship the fastest and are the best deal. All my previous orders have been in red KIA or blue Hyundai packaging.

 

Who is the dealer? That info can be very helpful given your good experience.

 

Normally all Kia parts come in the red/white/black packaging. Because there is some trouble getting parts, they are using some different suppliers.

 

@cobra259 Was hoping someone that worked for KIA would shed some light on the topic. Just afraid I dropped $60 on fake crap.

I bought kia oil filters from ebay from a dealership, they used to send the original red/blue boxes then turned plain brown but with the wording that kia was going eco friendly so they put only the words in black. If you google leehan.com you will see they are a supplier to mobios and they opened some plants in china. Whether the parts are equal to korean quality that remains to be seen. You can still get the original red blue versions for $20 on ebay from kia dealerships in conneticut and florida

 

yeah after I received my package I started digging through eBay adds and didn’t see anything like this, thus reason behind my post.
