Are you sure you have a Cadenza ? The only "center cap" is a small round one dead center of the rim, not interfering with the lug nuts in anyway.

Just pry off the center cap with a plastic tool, they are pretty hard to pop off take care to not damaging the wheel!

 

I'd also like to know why the 2014 has the cool center cap that covers the lug nuts but the 2015 and 16 do not have this.

Maybe he has aftermarket wheels?
