I've experienced this issue recently, exactly how you explained, i haven't been able to replicate it, what ended up happening on your end?

I'm not getting a CEL so until I figure out how to replicate the problem I'm not going to take it in because I'll know they'll keep it for weeks without a loaner unless they can replicate the issue.

No loaner for me when I asked because I didn't have a CEL so they would need to find an issue first before issuing me a loaner, could've just been the dealership I went to, I could check another, I did ask if they have a TSB about it but he had no info about the issue. When it happened to me I was on the freeway and it almost seemed like it was struggling with gears but I could be wrong and could've just been some type of limp mode. I would just throw it in sport mode to get the engine moving which would help, but would come across the issue again during the trip when in eco mode. But after stopping and restarting, it never did it again but but I had the battery charged up again by leaving it in sport mode for awhile. I'm going to try replicate it this weekend.
