Hi guys, 1st post and desperate for some opinions. Car has done 6k miles (ive had it for about a month). I've got this weird buzzing sound (it sounds just like a heat shield vibrating) but it only happens when engaging and disengaging the clutch between gear changes when moving, and revving the engine with the clutch engaged (pedal down) when stationary. Had the release bearing replaced last week, no change, dealer is trying to wash hands of it saying it's normal, no way can it be surely. Im heading down there tomorrow they reckon 3 of their cars with the same engine do the same thing so im going to test them myself.

I don';t make a habit of riding the clutch but its unavoidable between gear changes matching revs etc.
