I am going to rewire the whole harness again. I counted theres 18 wires. Is there a way you can make a list of witch color goes to what

This part. This is the stereo, with descriptions on each wire. the underlined "0.5G/O" is an abbreviation for the wire size (0.5) and color (G/O = green with orange stripe). For descriptions of the color abbreviations see here:

I just made a key for diagram, but there is two wires left. One is white and the other is white with black stripe. What are they for?

Believe these would be for steering wheel control. You won't be able to use the steering wheel buttons with the aftermarket radio unless you get a SWC module.

Also, here is the manual for the Metra harness - you can't just match the colors of the car wiring to the harness. They're all different. You need to match the descriptions.
