Windshield wipers motor missing power

Hi
I have a 2016 Kia surento 2016 V6 150k
My wipers just stopped working.
i checked the 25A fuse and it’s ok
I checked the motor (at the bench) and it is working ok
I have the 12v to the park wire of the motor
I do not have the 12v to the high and low speeds on the wire going to the motor.
I have tried looking for a relay or another fuse with no luck. Not sure where to look next.

While it's the 'left' stalk that is more commonly at fault, don't be surprised if the right stalk has failed.
As you can see, the two relays are both controlled by the BCM (hope THAT isn't the problem!) and that in turn is controlled by the right stalk.
Depending upon switch positions, you should see variable voltage at the Wiper Signal and INT/VOL inputs to the BCM from the stalk. Or you can just measure resistance between ground and the stalk connector with vehicle power off.

Update. One of the connectors in the plug that connects the motor seemed to be burned or corroded. I cleaned it up and now it is working. Hoping it stays stat way.
Thanks for everyone’s help.

Thanks for posting the resolution. That very important in any thread. But not done often enough by many.

I have the same problem with my Kia and I have narrowed it down to the bcm. There's a relay under the hood and the fuse box I believe.
