I have a 07 Kia Rio with around 85 K miles. 185/65 14" or whatever the orig size that came with it.

I need all four tires and want to know a good make and model for them.
I plan on driving it another 40-50 K miles and want to sell it with some tread left. Live in central New York State.

Thanks

I ended up getting Michael Defenders. Tire seem fine BUT pass front has some noise. I had it lined up BUT now need to look into driver outer tie rod end and pass bearing. Keep ya posted.

I've been happy with Yokohama A-Drive (Now superseded by Blue Earth AE-01). Medium-priced tyre with conservative, symmetrical tread which matched the OEM Nexen. Symetrical tread means that you can flip them on the rim to freshen them up for resale.

Nexens wore quite rapidly on the front of our Cerato, but the Yokohamas are doing much better.

I've been running the Goodyear Eagle 195/55-15 on the 2007 Rio5. Great tire, tons of grip but they're a bit noisy.

I've been using Goodyear Vector 4 seasons 175/65 R 14 on a Punto. They lasted 60000 miles in front and rear was still fully useable (3mm +) on sale after 70000 miles. Now I've ordered the same brand 175/70 R14 for my new friend a 2008 Kia Rio 1.5 CRDi.
