From the navigation system ID I can not figure out which version to use.
See attachments.

Thanks, I shall change the download to the Standard Nav. Just as well I did ask before installing the premium Gen5.

Standard GEN5 Nav.
I did try to download the update to a Sandisk 32 GB, but I got this error code:
Error code 201:err_file_size (na_33_streetTotal,hafsz)
Is this because of the SD card or something else? (I am very technical challenged)

I did it already, but got the same error code. Right now I am downloading it to my hard drive and will then copy it to the SD card on recommendation of someone else. thank you for replying.

Are you using a USB 2.0 drive? I don't believe the system will recognize a USB 3.0 or above.

No, I am using a Sandisk SD card. I just have redownloaded the update, first to my hard drive and then copied to the SD card.
The first time I did download the update directly to the SD card.
I think I may have made a mistake with the uploading to the navigation system.
I.E. not opening and then closing the door to disconnect completely the Navigation system before starting the update.

The mistake was: After bringing up the old version I did shut off the engine, but did not open and then closing the door to disconnect completely the Navigation system, before starting the engine and start the update.
I thank all those who replied.

Did you get it working?
yes I did, thank you for asking.
Like I mentioned in my last post, the one thing I did not do after shutting the engine off, was to open and close the door to turn of the power to the navigation system.
After that I inserted the new Sandisk, turned on the engine and it started to upload the new software.
I hope that other technically challenged members will find these posts.
