Hi from ITALY!
To solve the 4WD problem I'have install WARN manual hubs for my:
KIA SPORTAGE TDI (Dielesl!!) Year 2000.

In last page of WARN "user manuale" (2 sheet in bad photocopy!!):
I must unplug (disconnect) the vacuum electrical connector, but:
the picture (fig. 13 and 14) are for GASOLINE ENGINE, NOT DIESEL ENGINE!!

And where is exactly (anybody have same photo?!!?) this connector on DIESEL SPORTAGE TDI (my year: 2000!)??
WARN have forget it at all!!
..incomplete istruction!!

THANKS TO ANYONE CAN HELP ME!!

Best regards from MILANO -ITALY-

The diesel Sportage was not sold in the U.S./Canada. Warn Industries is a U.S. company and apparently they did not have access to a diesel Sportage to test out their instructions.

I do not know where the vacuum soleniod is located on the diesel engine. If you follow the vacuum lines from both wheels to a point where they meet in the engine compartment that should be where the vacuum soleniod is located. You should be able to remove the electrical connector from the vacuum soleniod to prevent vacuum from being applied to the hubs.

Sorry that I could not help more.
