Hi Folks,

Bought an 06 plate Sedona crdi L this afternoon. I must say I'm quite impressed.

My question is its done 69k and has fsh.

I've heard (from shopping around and maybe sales talk) that it's best to change the water pump along with the tensioners when you do the cam belt.

Just wondered if anyone could throw any light on this for me pl?

I also have the dvd player with no sound and broken h/phones but I'll be posting elsewhere for that as I suspect any replacement Infared h/phones will suffice.

I'd really like to hear thoughts on the cam belt though if at all possible.

Greetings from sunny Cheshire.

Answer if you can.

Since you don't know what the previous owner had done or hadn't done, if you think the TB needs to be changed, it is strongly recommended to also replace the water pump, auto tensioner and idler while you are at it. Also check with crank oil seal for slightest sight of leaking, replace it too. I will also replace all the utility belts and pulleys.

I will also replace ATF (SPIII) as well; this is very important.
