I'm new to my 2016 and wondering what to do to my Sorento. And this has me thinking. What mods have some of you done and what do you suggest I do?

I'm overall looking to personalise my Sorento a little more. I'm thinking about the LED's in the bumper reflectors like Josuet did. And i'm thinking about tinting all windows an additional 65% and maybe some wind deflectors. What have you done to yours?

I'm also wondering about performance or gas mileage mods. I havn't seen much on the 2.0 turbo in the ways of mods but looking to see what may be out there and deciding for myself.

I'm just waiting for my Nokian WRG3 SUV tires to come in before driving it in the snow too much. I've been careful with driving as the tires on it now are a little slippery. But compared to my old 2012 with the 2.4 GDI the 2016 has such better performance and driving feel and loving it so far.

Agree...if I had a SX+ my list would come down to 10 mods...

unfortunately we don't get those here.

I'll still do more than just LED bulbs to mine for sure

I'm thinking of adding this front grill cover to my SX+ instead of the normal black acrylic hood deflector one. I just want to look into the quality of it first, because I don't want it to be cheap chrome that rubs off after one or two Canadian winters...

I hate chrome and actually thought of doing a chrome delete in all my car but I think it wont work. at least not for now.


regarding that chrome cover, not a fan but it looks nice. It will also be something different and that's always good.

h&R is a german brand.

with that part # you can order it on ebay

eibach is another option but I've used H&R in the past and will go with them instead of any other spring brand.

I do like it too....not a big fan of chrome but a car needs a least few chrome details to highlight its design.

Haven't decided if going with that one or the OEM hood deflector.

Google ?... it's a remote starter that talks back to the remote control...so it confirms you when car is locked, engine started or if a door opens.
