Just over 2K now
In the last 2 months. includes three round trips (about 300 KM each) to Toronto to visit family.
Each time, such a comfortable drive on the highway, almost miss the off ramp to get off the highway, as wasn't used to the beep of the NAV (different from the GPS in our other car), and just want to keep driving.
Almost got a Journey with built-in DVD instead to keep the kids in the back quiet for these trips, but glad we didn't - use iPad instead (much better screen anyway), attached between the headrests.
Audio of the movies on the iPad is terrific through the car's stereo (but alas... kids movies, though I still love the stereo when I'm driving alone) and can't hear the engine or wind/road noise at all when volume is at a decent level. We fade the audio closer to the back me and the wife can chat up front.
I have to say though... while the kids love to watch video on these trips, they still love the gigantic sunroof just much - another distraction as a driver as they keep pointing things out all the time.
Happy with the mileage, considering my usual commute to work is 15min with a lot of stops in city/rural roads. By the time I fill up, it's between 8.5-9.5L/100KM, but I don't expect any car to hit the advertised numbers in real-life situations, and the way the drive is (accelerate to 100km/h, complete stop, accelerate to 100km/h, complete stop, accelerate to 100km/h, etc)
Very happy so far.
