I noticed some water under my engine and looked in the radiator and it was low on water. Think its the water pump was wondering how hard it is to replace the water pump?

You have to pull the timing belt to change the water pump so it ain't exactly a trivial task. So it would be wise to track down the exact source of the leak before ripping stuff apart. It could be something else other than the water pump. One area that's prone to leak is a hose coupling on the side of the block below the alternator. There's a rubber o-ring that has a tendency to dry out and leak.
