I have an '03 Sorento EX with tow hitch and load leveling (self-leveling) rear socks, and 109K miles. I know it's due for new struts and shocks. I would like to upgrade the suspension to give it more of a smooth, softer ride, easier on all the bumps in the road. It has 4 brand-new tires.

I was thinking about upgrading to an air-ride suspension as in the R4Tech from Firestone. Not sure if they make a retro fit for the Sorento.

What do you suggest I have done to the suspension to achieve a softer, smoother ride?

Thanks!
