I don't think that even the correct pressures would have saved you at 95km/h on ice. 120km/h in snowy/ice conditions seems a bit fast to me; maybe change your handle to Aquaplane20? :)

Wow. Glad you guys are ok. Amazing the damage was minimal considering what happened.

Pavement was dry with packed snow (patches), Ice was not expected (shaded corner and wind, caused skim to form from drift crytals)...High mountain pass..... Most traffic doing 110+kph, I was slow poking.....

Yes to flying, the animals in my avitar (are not), they are birds.... Philip

1.) Glad your both OK.
2.) Get yourself to small claims court... PERIOD!
3.) Any hassle on the dealers part, get a lawyer and UP the damages. Soft tissue damage gets big bucks.
4.) "WHAT IF" (heaven forbid) one of you died? Would you not sue?

Negligence is NOT acceptable. Ask any judge.
