My left turn signal and one of my fog lights is out. bought the bulbs thinking i could easily replace them. Manual says see you KIA dealer. I see no easy access to the bulbs. I hear i have the remove the fron bumper to change the bulbs. is the this something i should try myself?

Anyone done this at home?

Looks like a big job to me. Yes, the bumper needs to come off to change the fog light.
You can remove the headlight assembly without removing the bumper.

I've changed the fog lamps several times over the years. Next time, I'm switching to LEDs maybe they'll last longer.

You don't have to take the bumper off or go to the dealer. You can get to them from underneath. There are a few screws to take off and you have to contort your hands at weird angles, but it can be done in your driveway in about 20 mins.

In some Kia manuals it states go to dealer but at rear just before specs. there is often procedure for own replacement of most bulbs.
