My wife reported this evening her heated seat got hot today with no indication or buttons pressed. She is wondering if her car charger might be the culprit. I know it kicks the tpms when I phone is connected. Are the two close to each other in the wiring or body control module?

Where is the bcm on these?

Is there a pot for the heated seats? They have switches.

Ok, i see. Mine is the same but has roller potentiometers to adjust heat intensity.Your's is just an ON OFF scenario. Still, I would suspect that switch assembly is flaky and replace it.

Thanks. I am sort of wondering if something is funky with the body control module since the doors don't automatically lock when shifting to drive like they should. But it may be in the same wiring harness as those switches now that I think about it. The wife just noticed the heated seat issue last night. She said the doors haven't locked correctly for a while.

Where is the bcm on these? In the center of the dash?
