Have you ever had the coolant replaced and your system flushed? Is this creating a issue like no heat or just something you noticed?

Already use coolant and tap water,

Then when i start driving half of top radiator cold,
When speeding all my radiator cold,

Is there any leak? When cold, open radiator cap to check coolant level in the radiator. If coolant is NOT up to the radiator neck, you have issues.
It could be micro leak somewhere so that when hot, coolant goes to reservoir but does not return back to radiator when cools.
Make sure coolant is up to the radiator neck (full) when cold first.
