285/60x18 is 799.2 this one might be too big.
It is hard to say what is the max. Keep in mind that by changing size you affect not only speedometer readings, but brakes effectiveness, overall stability, turning radius, and so on.
At some point you will start uneven wear if the larger wheels are not correctly installed.
We love the car but it has some strange traction issues I haven't felt in another car.
On big loops, like getting onto the freeway, you can start to feel it break loose if you turn a little too tight or go too fast, especially in wet conditions.

Anyone have a link to a wiring diagram for the 2009 Borrego Brake lights? My center brake light works so I assume the switch is OK, but the ones on the body and tailgate don't light. The bulbs are good..The taillights (same bulbs, different filaments) work. Is there a fuse? I haven't found one...
