When I bought a KIA NIRO hybrid in Chicago in June 2018, just 3000 miles last month, when the engine stopped working, I asked the towing company to ship the kia to a nearby kia dealer. They looked at the car briefly and told me that the engine had broken down because of the intake of the engine, so it was not something they should repair for free. I said, why did you get in? I didn't drive down a road with water. They said they didn't know how to get in. They need me to pay for repairs anyway. And let me not agree to pay the car immediately towed away. What should I do? I am an old driver, there is no illegal driving and no contact accident, obviously the quality of the car itself has problems. Ask for help from an expert or a lawyer.

thank you

Hi Charles,
I have a feeling they are trying to take advantage of you. I think you need to go to a different Kia dealership.
