recently my roof has been having a hard time closing so i reset it and now its all out of wack. the car isn't chiming when its open anymore and the one touch auto is gone. I've rest it several times all it does it click and click and won't take the reset

what do you mean by reset?
There's a procedure in the owner's manual for getting the panoramic roof back in sync.

The attached document was only expected to apply to 2016 models, but the maintenance described may be of some assistance in your case as well, discounting the replacement of the two levers which should be fine.
That said, with everything else you've described, one has to wonder if your BCM isn't on the fritz.
