I receintly had my 2000 Sephia tuned up by my local KIA dealer, my complaint is that the engine doesn't start immediately after you have driven it for a while. After shutting it off, and the returning to go on with my day it seems to just turn over. After releasing the key and trying a second time it will start.... Can anyone give me a solution or cause for my problem.

Thanks, Also have a squeeky rear right brake, the shoes are good as well as drum, but can't seem to get rid of the noise. Another question that seems to stump me, is that both rear drums seem to have groves machined into them. They are equally spaced about a eigth apart and both drums are the same, is this normal for a KIA or do I have another problem occuring here.
