So after having the idler pulley replaced along with a new drive belt, the techs thought they fixed the squeak. As I got ready to pull out of the dealership, the squeak came back. Left the vehicle and took a loaner Forte (yuck...don't like little cars) and they spent 3-4 hours trying to diagnose problem. Turns out it was the water pump. Two days later they had it done. They had to overnight the part.

Also got the navi replaced since it would freeze up frequently. Thank goodness for a good warranty and a great service department. They really took care of me and did a great job on the work. No complaints..The dealership was Kia of Dayton...

Do others a favor and put your Dealership in the good guys section of the "good guys/bad guys" area of the forum... We are always looking for good Dealerships.
