There are two strut part numbers for the sporty, it is different from the LH and RH. The only strut that is available in the auto parts shop is the RH side. Would it be compatible or make any difference if I will use the RH corner strut in the LH side? They look the same, but the only thing that was different is the position of the ABS sensor wire and Hub Vacuum hose bracket.

That bracket is the only difference. If you have locking hubs, you don't need the vac hose. I don't know how you could rig it but you might be able to remove your old LH bracket and install it on a new RH Strut. OR, get struts for a 95-97 and put your old brackets on them.
