I have a '03 Spectra LS. The right front is roaring loudly. It sounded like a bad tire, so I put a new set on. I needed them anyway. The roaring sound is still there. I think it is the wheel bearing. Has anyone changed it out? How difficult is it? According to Global Service Way I have to take off the complete steering knuckle and press the bearing out. Is this a job for the pros? How much time does the job take? Any input will be greatly appreciated.

yes and yes. unless you have a press and are mechanically inclined. it should take about 30-60 minutes depending on the mechanic.
