Sorento Water Pump

Hi Folks, I'm new to the forum, so please be gentle.
I'm looking at buying a 2003 Sorento with 240K in it. The current owner says it has had it's water pump replaced recently (along with Timing belt and all the other bits and pieces) but now has a coolant leak from "the front of the motor".
Is this likely to be an easy/inexpensive fix or should I run away?

Thanks,
Geoff

Depending on your skill level it could be easy/inexpensive. If you can see where it is leaking then that would be helpful.
When and where was at done?
Is there a warranty from repair shop?
Also, there are a few hoses and plastic nipples in the front of the engine that could be the culprit.

And, as a extreme last resort, you could put some stop leak in it. On a small enough leak it does work.
Nobody needs to get their shorts in a bunch over this. I did say extreme last resort.
