2004 sorento purchased new radiator. Old radiator has transmission cooling line fittings on bottom (2). New one does not. the transmission cooling coil mounts forward of the AC coils but the transmission lines Tee of and go to the bottom of the radiator. Do I need another radiator or can I bypass the transmission lines that go to the bottom of the radiator. There will still be transmission fluid going to the cooling coils.

Sounds like you got sold a manual radiator. Don't forget in cold weather the heat exchanger in the radiator is a much a fluid warmer as it is cooler. Depending on your local climate and or whether or not you tow heavy loads, the extra cooler in front of the radiator may or may not be enough on it's own. I would try to exchange it for thre correct radiator first.
