Where is the slave cylinder sited on this vehicle would be Much appreciated for any assistance possible.

Start at the clutch M/C and follow the hose back to the S/C.

Normally mounted outside the clutch housing.

Normally mounted outside the clutch housing.
That's old school - many these days are part of the clutch release/throwout bearing, but the OP's model is most likely still external to the clutch housing.

I was aware that the newer 'dual clutch' automated manual gear boxes had the slave cylinder incorporated into the throw out bearing(s) assembly.
My last gig before retirement was working for Getrag N.A. as a Transmission Test Engineer, so I'm familiar with the various designs and concepts being utilized out there.
If being old school is frowned upon here at the Kia forum, I can back away and just become an observer......

Old school is sometimes a lifesaver.
I did not take the "old school" comment in a bad way.
There are a lot of very smart people on here that know these modern cars very well. I am not one of them.
I knew my 03 very well after doing maintenance and repairs on her. Fortunately I did not have to dig into the computer/sensor side.
