I had a 30,000 mile service yesterday the price was advertised as £179.50 an I got charged £190.24. I asked why the difference and was told it was from £179.50. where did the other £11 come from and is £40 a good price for the oil. at 2.54 per unit and 16 units or something.? can't they just get a 5 litre bottle for £20?

I had £1.49 on screenwash and £3.50 on sundries? what are these... drinks and snacks?

also they said they could not hear any clicking coming from the front wheels, so I will need to check again and take it up there for a test drive with them :gunsmilie:

Had my 10k service yesterday, see my posting.

Was advertised on the wall at £169.50. Came to pay the bill and the service receptionist muttered to his-self £184.** thats not right... After pressing a few buttons on the computer I was charged £164.80.

If they have fixed price servicing how difficult is it to program the prices into computer..
