Does anyone know whether, when the Sedimentor is drained, there is also some fuel loss? Secondly, how many pumps of the primer should be necessary to "reload" the fuel pump?

I have just removed and fully drained my filter on my 2.9CRDi Sedona and guess what...the light stayed on..

I've just noticed the warning light coming on with the ignition but it goes off with the start up like it should, preparing for the inevitablr really. Why would your light stay on?

dunno why it stays on other than its duff.

I completed removed and fully drained the filter. The sensor is a metal tipped probe which is on the head of the drain screw.

When I think on...the screw clamping the filter in place was a bit loose and I haven't tighten it yet ( difficult to access ).

I wonder whether the fact the filter isn't earthed well is causing a signal fault ?
hmmmm!!
