I do not find the roof rails (low profile ones for the panormaic sunroof) loading capacity in the owner's manual.

Do you have the answer ?

It will be of importance when I will have to load it with my transport/cargo roof box and bikes.

Thanks.

I phoned to Kia Canada and I've been answered that loading capacity is 120 lbs (55 kg)! Not that much as usual.

But never sure of their answer, never clear... They do not sound specialist at all for each question I asked them during the past few months.

Is that any different that what the manual says for non panoramic roof rails ? (Away on a trip so don't have access to the manual)
I would think that load capacity would be the same since the load is carried by the roof rails and not the central area of the roof itself. That assumes your load is being borne by the cross rails. The manual did not seem to distinguish between a load carried on the cross rails vs on the roof directly, other than if the latter, would not be able to open the sunroof.
I have assumed I should get one of the rectangular "baskets" that sit on the cross rails.
The basket in turn provides more tie down points for whatever is in the basket.
