You all guys know that i m interesting from beginning in buying fog lights for mine Sportage. You all know from my thread "Fog lights - what can i do" that i purchased (payed) 277$ to Korean Auto Imports, and here is proof (http://www.dodaj.rs/f/2s/Nr/24ZNxpWu/money.png - my moneybookers account). Wait for more than 13 days just to receive mail from them that they cant send me fog lights - because korean dont fit on european models. And then i was frustrated, but they ask me what i want - to refund or use that money to buy headlights. Yesterday i asked for full refund on my moneybookers account. Tonight i got mail from them that they cannot refund my money because they dont have records on Moneybookers that i payed to them!!?! I responded to Caitlin to talk with James (salesmen who is communicating with me whole month and confirmed that i payed to them). Then i got answer:
"Hello Milan,

James is the one that gave me the answer I then sent to you. We have
NO record of your funds being received. We do not have your money. I
recommend speaking with moneybookers on this matter.

Thank you"

I m so angry right now and dont know what can i do?

Have you sent a copy of your transaction from moneybookers.com to korean auto? Then I would file a complaint with moneybookers.com that you used their service and the company said that they never received the money from them. Hope everything works out for you. I placed an order from korean auto for running boards and am still waiting for my order, but I used paypal so if I ever get to the situation like yours I can file a complaint with paypal and they can resolve my issue for me.

That's why I use paypal (part of ebay) to make payments overseas. I also make sure that the funds are drawn on my "Visa" (credit card) as if I have a problem I can have them reverse the transaction (put the funds back into my account UNTIL the dealer can prove his side of the transaction).
Moneybookers must be a E/U based money handler... Do they have the same kind of actions available as paypal or Visa? You might want to check with them...

Just went to their website Moneybookers.com and found
"» Receive full fraud protection and chargeback coverage "
Contact them and REVERSE the charges and let the dealer JUSTIFY keeping the funds!

I sended mail (complain) to Moneybookers and waiting on aswer from them.
@junrider Yes i sended them a copy but they dont matter, and i got this mail:

I am writing to follow up on your refund request. Unfortunately we do
not have record of the payment you sent ever being received. We just
recently opened our moneybookers account and have NO transaction
history. This is something I would recommend speaking directly with
moneybookers about because we do not have your funds.

I will see what will moneybookers answer to me and i will update to you guys here.

I would also attach forwards all emails to and from korean auto to moneybookers.com, so they have all the information needed to asses the situation. Didnt you make an account on the Korean auto imports website? Try checking the order history of your order because mine has paypal pending then a later date it has paypal completed. Maybe that'll will help you.

I'll do that - first, waiting on response from moneybookers. I didnt make account on korean auto imports, all done with mail - i dont have Paypal (in my country we dont have Paypal) so i ask for moneybookers and they agree. In history status is proccesed - that means it's payed.
