Any how to's on this job? I checked kiatechonline and their description is pretty vague. I'm looking for a diagram for the serpentine belt and whats needed to remove the alternator. Any help is greatly appreciated!

You will need a 19mm socket for the belt tensioner. There is a "bolt" welded onto it. The bolt you are looking for is circled in red. This will release belt tension when turned counter-clockwise. You may want to use a breaker bar in order to get the best leverage.

There are two bolts that hold the alternator to the engine block. The bolts can be removed by using a 14mm socket. After removing the connector and the wire from the rear of the alternator (There is a nut, either 10mm or 12mm, can't remember which), the alternator can be removed. You may need to use a pry bar. Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
