I replaced the MAF sensor to clear the PO 102 code. It worked for a couple of dats and now its back. When the code is present the car is hard to start and runs kinda jerky at constant speed. Any ideas? I did clean the connectors.
Very often the error code doesn't signify a failed sensor, but rather the signal is not within the margins expected, and in the case of the MAF it could be air leakage into the intake pipe downstream of the MAF - need to check the flexible intake pipe for leaks.
