Remove MAF sensor - Pull out of intake housing?

Looking to clean the MAF sensor on my 2007 Rondo, but I can't get the sensor out of its housing. I don't want to pull TOO hard, at risk of breaking something. I can remove the plastic tube that the sensor is installed in and try to clean it from either end, but I'd like to get the sensor out and do a good job.

Here is a photo from Rockauto of a sensor without the shroud, so it must be able to be removed. Anyone have any insight?

Ended up finding this video showing a card or something you insert into the MAF housing to release the sensor. Looks like the sensor itself has a little clip that needs to be pushed to get it out. Will try this and will report back if there's a trick or something to getting out other than what the video shows.
