does anyone have one installed, i mean the kia brand, done at the dealership. anyone know how much. and are there benefits getting it done at the dealer, does it affect warranty?

The dealership will charge you some ridiculous labor fees and there are aftermarket remote starters that are much better than the factory one, but if modifying the electrical system will void the warranty, then the dealership one is the only way to keep your warranty. If you do get it done somewhere other than the dealership, I would make sure the shop knows what they're doing because remote starters can be dangerous if not properly installed.

They came with a 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty so a lot of 08's and 09's are still under warranty. But I have a GWC extended warranty on my 2005
